RSUI is seeking a Claims Administrative Assistant and Imaging Administrator.  This position performs a variety of Administrative Assistant duties directed by the Claims Technical Support Supervisor and Claims Management including duties associated with imaging and routing mail to Image Right claims files.  Those duties also include, but are not limited to, monitoring various report claims & TPA mail boxes, indexing invoices, running various reports, assisting with audits, Legal X, Disaster Recovery, tracking and maintenance of various reports and TPA transactions.     


  • Processes the scanning and indexing of all RSUI claim mail for electronic routing to Image Right claim files
  • Monitor and scan new losses received from various sources 
  • Monitor and retrieve losses from encrypted/security servers
  • Handles downloading claim files to CD’s, upon request
  • Prepare and process exhibit files for non-scannable documents
  • Primary handler of adding & editing vendors
  • Handles Deductible Billing process
  • Runs weekly Cosmet Assure Transaction Reports for claims data entry
  • Assist with preparing for various reinsurance audits (loading claims to Auditor’s PCs, printing CNRs, and provides IR refresher training to the auditors, prepare Audit Books.
  • Run the weekly OBI/ISO Reports
  • Schedule & Run all various Monthly Reports for Les, Frankie & Missy
  • Track Department Travel & Process Travel expenses for reinsurance processing
  • Schedule & Run all the various reports for SOX Testing
  • Assist with running the various monthly TPA Transaction Summary reports for balancing
  • Provide back-up support on Legal X   
  • Assist with the data entry for RPX/Claim Disaster Recovery, as needed
  • Assist with the Intranet maintenance & maintenance of various reports
  • Comply with established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives
  • Handles various Administrative Assistant claim tasks and projects as assigned
  • Orders department supplies
  • Fields phone calls


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three or more years clerical experience preferred
  • Good oral and written communication skills required (telephone, email and interpersonal)
  • Experience in a business environment preferred
  • Decision making, prioritizing, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong organizational skills
