Title Supervisor of Attractions

Description The Attraction Supervisor works with the General Manager, providing assistance with various programs and services that are used in maintaining the attractions including guests services, show quality and report monitoring. He/she is responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall opening, daily, and closing operations of the attraction including cash management and guest relations.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following tasks:

Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, exhibit knowledge and all other components of Guest Service.

Communicate the Guest Service standards while training other team members.
Maintain all show standards, display presentation, maintenance, safety, signing standards and cleanliness.

Assist in the management of tasks including cash management (safe, cash outs, deposits etc…).

Review and monitor weekly cashier reports to help in training team in sales.

Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements Computer skills including extensive knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point and other Microsoft office products.

Able to follow verbal instructions and written directions to perform job duties.

Able to communicate clearly in written and verbal forms.

Detail oriented in all aspects of work performed.

Ability to process information/merchandise through systems and POS Register system.

Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run an attraction.

Ability to move or transfer supplies throughout the attraction generally weighing 0 - 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates - Nights, weekends and holidays.
