Description Provides executive and management support requiring a high degree of confidentiality and autonomy. Effectively utilizes computer applications and adapts to new technology with minimal assistance.
Requirements Working knowledge of executive and administrative practices and protocols; ability to develop and maintain systems for information organization and maintenance; ability to use word processing software; typing abilities sufficient to perform assigned duties in a timely and professional fashion; ability to use Access database systems, PowerPoint and Excel required; ability to represent executive and administrative staff in an independent, professional and reliable manner; physical condition commensurate with demands of the job.

High school diploma/GED plus four (4) years of related experience. NOTE: Associates or bachelors degree can be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

The ability to type 60wpm is preferred.
