Description The Job Developer will assist individuals with disabilities in obtaining community employment by developing, locating, and facilitating employment options with community employers. To work with staff, consumers, families, and employers to effect appropriate matches between job seekers and available jobs. To provide outreach and education to the business community regarding TRC, individuals with disabilities and disability issues in general.
Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and one (1) year of experience in job development or other selling/marketing positions. An equivalent combination of training and experience sufficient to indicate ability to do the job may be substituted for the degree. Valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle or equivalent accommodations required.
Sales experience desired.
