Description Job Summary
Under general supervision, perform any and all functions relating to the accounts payable, clerical and administrative support to the Technical Ops department. Serves as a liaison between the Technical Operations team and other departments within the company.

Essential Functions of the position
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Coordinate the collections and analyze of data across the System.
Review invoices and payable vouchers for correct coding, sufficient documentation and correct authorization.
Administer Managers Accounts Payable account s.
Coordinate the weekly check processing runs and data entry work loads with the Accounts Payable staff
Provide supervisor with Accounts Payable department schedules of workflow and estimated overtime for special projects.
Research invoices both paid and unpaid as needed.
Train new Accounts Payable staff; provide guidance as needed; coordinate staff meetings.
Maintain records and files in accordance to established filing system.
Provide administrative support for the department; maintain accurate files and records.
Perform data entry for department; ensure accurate information is entered into computer system.
Process paperwork for service work orders; verify accuracy of work orders; post changes as needed; file completed work orders.
Generate and maintain departmental progress reports periodically.
Consult with and research customer concerns as needed; explain billing charges and credits when necessary.
Route daily work for In-House &Sub Contractors.
Perform research for special projects.
Ensure all defined business rules/policies are documented, implemented as designed. Ensure process enablers are working as designed (automated as well as manual). Ensure available technology is leveraged to the fullest extent. Redesign business process where applicable to leverage available or new technologies.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
Ability to use personal computer & software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Visio, Access etc.)
Cross-functional management skills
Knowledge of process and project management
Knowledge of general accounting and billing procedures

High School Diploma or GED required.
Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field experience preferred.

Related Work Experience
Business Operations Analysis experience
Three to five years project management experience.
Three to five years telecommunications experience.
