The Recruiting Coordinator facilitates the work of the Talent Acquisition function by performing the coordination of recruitment operations, including direct support for the Talent Acquisition team. This entails working with the T/A and HR staff on various projects and initiatives, including but not limited to sourcing, staffing support, scheduling, background checks/onboarding, report generation and project administration of T/A-related projects, etc.


• Post, remove and refresh job postings on internal and external recruiting sites
• Work with recruiters, hiring teams and candidates to coordinate and schedule phone and onsite interviews.
• Maintain the ATS by updating applicants’ status, uploading resumes and dispositioning candidates
• Send interview confirmations to candidates and the Interview teams
• Process background checks, drug screens, offer letters, and other onboarding related duties
• Gather, organize and summarizes T/A data and information and prepares required reports
• Provide administrative support for the department and perform TA/HR duties and projects as assigned
• Verify and coordinate payment of employee referrals
• Work with recruiting and temp agencies when applicable
• Manage Temporary staffing needs for NY and NJ locations
• Assist with sourcing of talent from ATS, LinkedIn and social media
• Responsible for drafting approved offer letters to candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing support through the interview process via communication and logistical planning
• Greeting candidates and escorting them to interviews as needed

Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; PHR/SPHR a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Org Charts, etc.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems; Ultipro a plus

• Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment environment
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in utilizing PC programs including MS Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal skills both up and down the organization
• Presentation Skills
• Detail oriented
