POSITION PURPOSE

This position is responsible for data collection and input of production transactions, reconciliation and information gathering for PDI Supply team.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

a. Entry of manufacturing transactions for the Operations team, and updating production balances.
b. Support OPEX initiatives for the Operations group.
c. Validate cost savings efforts
d. Assemble and maintain various reports, including efficiency report, capacity and forecast reports.
e. Prepare Manufacturing Instructions for the new items.
f. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
g. Process Bills of Material in Master Control as needed by Operations team.


PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
1. Accuracy of data entry
2. All analysis to be done on a predetermined schedule
3. Reporting should be evaluated for possible improvements quarterly
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Excel experience

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Entry Level Operations position

SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability to multitask and organize workload. Must have excellent follow-up skills and be a self starter.
