POSITION PURPOSE

Provide key administrative support to the CFO and CHRO through a wide range of duties, including clerical tasks, research, assistance with projects, and preparation of business documents.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Administrative
a. General administrative duties such as maintaining files, copying, ordering supplies, collecting and analyzing information
b. Prepare and edit routine and advanced correspondence
c. Coordinate meeting schedules and preparation, calendar management and travel arrangements for CFO and other senior leaders, as necessary
d. Process expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card statements for CFO
e. Manage projects and conduct research as necessary
f. Edit and assist in creating Power Point presentations for business meetings
g. Maintain dashboards for metrics
h. Other duties/projects as assigned
Client Engagement
a. Interface with all departments and all levels of management on a day to day basis
b. Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
1. Meets all deadlines as indicated by supervisor
2. Administrative tasks are accomplished carefully and thoroughly, with appropriate questions asked when necessary to ensure that the job is done correctly
3. Accuracy with presentations, reports and correspondence

Requirements QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ; Advanced Outlook, PowerPoint and Word skills
2. Proficiency in Master Control, Ultipro, Concur or comparable business systems

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. Minimum 5 years of administrative experience or equivalent
2. Some experience managing projects preferred

SKILLS/ABILITIES:
1. Handle confidential information in a professional manner
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills
3. Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
4. Time Management
5. Schedule and travel logistics
6. Ability to create professional presentations utilizing PowerPoint
