MHM Services, in conjunction with Centurion of Minnesota is proud to be the new provider of healthcare services to the Minnesota Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide medical assessments, evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment to incarcerated offenders within the state correctional facility in Faribault and provide clinical leadership to multidisciplinary team providing medical services.
