||Develop and oversee inside sales opportunities with LSI Lighting representatives by increase product sales and promoting LSI Controls products. . Responsible for direct training of LSI representative sales force. Direct promoting of LSI product to the
design community: Architects, Engineers, Landscape Architects, Interior Designers, and existing channels of distribution, including: Electrical Distributors, Electrical Contractor. Responsibilities may sometimes extend to outside support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers including engineers, general contractors, and sales representatives
Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and alternative controls solutions
Perform blue print take-offs for projects to provide project quotes
Provide project documentation and training.
Coordinate with Sales and Quotations to find new alternatives for cost saving products as related to each customer’s needs
Present creative work objectively, with the ability to explain how/why the creative solution meets the design intent of the project
Effectively communicate to all LSI operations to obtain best performance including manufacturing, purchasing, accounting, sales force and field service
Conduct product training to LSI employees, representatives and customers.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities but may be added at a later date.
