• Creates & maintains new hire packets
• Supports HR employee initiatives, including wellness programs, service awards, community outreach initiatives and other employee events.
• Assists with the distribution of employee communications.
• Enters employee and management requested changes in the HRIS system.
• Assists with maintaining compliant HR files and general record keeping based on established HR policies and procedures.
• Assists with the organization and maintenance of necessary educational training of employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
