||Responsibilities: Work under the supervision of a 5 physician anesthesiology group. Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluation of the patient to include review of the patient's medical and anesthesia history and discussion of anesthetic options and techniques.
Safe induction and maintenance of anesthesia/analgesia and management of pain relief. Monitor patient in the peri-anesthetic period. Perform supportive life functions, including endotracheal intubation, management of blood, fluid, and electrolyte loss and
replacement; monitoring of and maintenance of cardiovascular and respiratory functions; attends to other appropriate needs of patient as the situation arises. Additional acts which the supervising physician and the CRNA agree are within his/her skills which
are appropriate to his/her specialty. (No call responsibilities)
