JOB SUMMARY Part Time Only
Responsible for the programmatic and operational execution of the assigned Center facility. Directs and manages overall daily operations of a Center under the control of the organization with the primary concern for comprehensive, outcome-driven programs and service delivery. Supervise and train staff/volunteers (direct and indirect reports), handle personnel issues, maintain facility and equipment, develop and manage a budget, engage and support a Unit Advisory Council, establish community relations and manage membership administration.

Relationships
Internal: Maintains close, daily contact with Center professional staff to interpret and explain organizational mission and vision, program objectives and standards, discuss issues, and provide/receive information. Maintains contact with organization’s Board. Has regular contact with members as needed to discipline, advise and counsel.
External: Maintains contact with external community groups, schools, members' parents and others to assist in resolving problems and to publicize Center.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasionally required to lift, transport items that may weigh 25 lbs. or less. Requires driving a motor vehicle.
