KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED
· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from an accredited college or university
· Minimum of three years’ experience in managing programs or operations in a non-profit agency or Boys and Girls Club; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· Able to pass background check and drug test
· Demonstrate ability to plan implement effective programs
· Leadership skills, including negotiation, problem solving and decision making
· Basic knowledge of asset management including financial resources and property
