Program Design and Evaluation Coordinator (Full Time – Located at Administrative Offices)

The Program Design and Evaluation Coordinator, under the supervision of the Branch Site Director, is responsible for coordination of all branch curriculum, evaluation and program design. Provide support and guidance to branch staff regarding programming, activities, and curriculum consistent with program goals.

Key Responsibilities

·         Monitor and maintain database, ensure accurate data within database, and create reports for administration. Conduct and/or coordinate evaluation activities as needed.

·         The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Fort Worth serves youth between the ages of 6-18 years in Fort Worth communities.

·         The goal of the programs is to positively impact the lives of youth through activities and services that measurably and progressively move them individually to attain positive outcomes

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED

·         Qualified applicants will have, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college; minimum of three years youth programming experience.

·         Candidates should have ability to create curriculum and materials as well as ability to design, offer, and evaluate youth development programs and services.

·         Candidates must pass all background screens and drug screens at any time.

·         Candidates must have satisfactory driving record, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance for operation of a motor vehicle relevant to carrying out duties.
