JOB SUMMARY
Position Reports to: Director of Communications- Grants & Marketing.
Primary Interfaces: Finance Department, Operations Department, and Unit Directors.
Direct Reports: None. Organization Size: Six Club locations and two outreach locations; $1.8 Million Budget; 2250 youth served annually. Office Location: Leesburg, FL (35 miles NW of Orlando, FL).
Primary Function
This position is responsible for monitoring our data system and programs and checking that we have accurate records of outcomes. The employee would be expected to ensure we are meeting the expectations of grants and that we have accurate and relevant outcomes data for grant reporting.
Key Roles (Essential Job Responsibilities)
· Ensures outcomes data system is being properly managed and implemented within our Clubs.
· Tracks, monitors, and records consistent and accurate outcomes data.
· Oversees quality and data integrity process.
· Directs and coordinates monitoring and evaluation of grant-funded programs.
· Writes periodic reports to comply with grant requirements and to maintain relationship with funders.
· Assists with the analysis of data and the timely development of reports.
· Develops and implement measurement systems (such as timelines, templates and report models) to gather progress data to include in required reports; gather and track project data.
· Monitors record-keeping connected with grants.
· Performs other duties as assigned in relation to the grant and departmental overall goals.
· Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of BGCLSC's programs.
· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Director of Communications Grants & Marketing, Director of Club Operations, Unit Directors, and other personnel as necessary
· Provide training and technical assistance to Clubs for programs and outcomes.
· Perform a wide variety of other support and analytical duties related to grant management and reporting, outcomes measurement, and program monitoring as assigned.
· Driving between Clubs will be routine and other travel may be necessary
Relationships
Internal: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Director of Communications-Grants & Marketing, Director of Club Operations, Unit Directors, and other personnel as necessary.
External: Maintain business relationships necessarily associated with grants and grant reporting. Candidate should represent the organization positively in the community, and serve as a positive role model while among members, member parents, and in the community.
