JOB SUMMARY
The Financial Manager’s primary responsibilities include all general financial functions including processing, coding, and recording of all assigned financial transactions and the development and monitoring of Boys & Girls Clubs of Weber-Davis’ (BGCWD) $2-3 million budget. Specific duties include: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, disbursements, credit cards, employee benefits coordination, contract management, and preparing of financial reports. The position is part of the administrative team that develops financial policies and procedures and monitors the annual budget, including the adherence of budget targets and funding source compliance; and grant reimbursements policy.
