JOB SUMMARY
· Managing the strategic planning and operations of the club, in alignment with the organizational mission and goals.
· Collaborate with board of directors, in developing organizational goals, securing and allocating resources; establishing organizational policy and procedures.
· Maintain an environment that supports youth development.
· Provide oversight of the administrative staff and maintain strong operations in resource development (fundraising), human resources, accounting, grant writing and organizational communications.
· Identify and evaluate national, statewide, and local partnership and resource development opportunities.
· Liaison between Club and the BGCA national office.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Liaison between Club and the BGCA national office.
Resource Development
· Ensure annual budget is funded.
· Work closely with the resource development team including board and staff to execute annual fundraisers and fund raising drives, as well as seek new donation streams through individuals, corporate partnerships, community entities, and government funds.
· Develop and maintain partnerships including board members, individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Finances
· Develop the annual budget with assistance from the staff, accountant and board treasurer.
· Manage cash flow and lines of credit in conjunction with the accountant, board treasurer and finance committee.
· Assist finance committee in reviewing the monthly financials (IS, BS and CF) and planning the club’s finances.
Communications, Marketing and Public Relations
· Oversee the marketing and visibility and brand awareness for the club through digital media, social media and other platforms.
· Oversee any internal and external club messaging, and crisis communications.
Board Governance
· Assist in identifying, recruiting and developing effective board members.
· Assist board governance chair in orienting board members to the club.
· Provide support to all club committees.
· Organize and attend board meetings and committee meetings.
