KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED
· College Education, Bachelor Degree Preferred
· 3-5 years’ experience in field
· Experience working in Youth environment preferred
· Able to travel 5-10%
· Thorough knowledge of Mission objectives programs and policies of BGC
· Demonstrated ability to plan and implement effective operations
· Leadership skills including problem solving, fundraising, and negotiations
· Able to pass background checks
