JOB SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities

• Manage/Administer the planning, implementation and evaluation of the art, education, technology and life skills components of the Project Learn After School Program and KidStop Summer Program.
• Manage/Administer the planning, implementation and evaluation of applicable new programs initiated by the Boys & Girls Club of Massillon and/or Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
• Provide effective guidance and discipline for employees and members.
• Develop and maintain program timelines and schedules.
• Market and maintain program information through local media and the organization website.
• Assist in writing and presenting grant proposals to the United Way of Greater Stark County, local foundations and local corporations.
• Assist in recruiting, training and evaluation program and support personnel as well and program volunteers.
• Assist in procurement and maintenance of departmental equipment, supplies and physical program space.
• Prepare and present timely program reports.
• Attend and support all Boys & Girls Club of Massillon programs / special events
• Attend and support all Boys & Girls Club of Massillon fundraising events.
• Other duties as assigned by the CEO / Executive Director.
• Perform all duties in accordance with the Policies & Procedures of the Boys & Girls Club of Massillon.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED       

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University, preferably in Education, Social Services or Business Management.
• All applicants must complete a criminal background check.
• This position requires that the employee must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with current insurance.
