ABA is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who is responsible for working with both internal teams and external vendors to plan and execute marketing campaigns for various ABA conferences and programs.

Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute marketing strategy using various channels (print, web, social and digital) for ABA conferences and programs including but not limited to Annual Convention, CFO Exchange, Ag Banking resources, and the National Agricultural Bankers Conference.
- Work with VP of Marketing on paid social media and advertising (print and digital) campaigns, measure and report campaign performance regularly and assess against goals; identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- The incumbent is also charged with helping to manage the ABA brand throughout the organization.
Requirements Requirements:
- 6-8 years of work experience in marketing
- 4-year degree required
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans
- Demonstrable experience in marketing database, email, advertising and social media campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Knowledge of creative process and experience
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Is able to work collaboratively with others
- Work on cross-functional teams
- Data-driven thinking
- Provide superior customer service internally and externally
